Who we sell to

We do not sell to patients or to individuals for personal use. This site supplies laboratory research materials to qualified institutions and businesses conducting in-vitro and preclinical research.

The products listed are not medicines. They have not been approved by Health Canada or the US Food and Drug Administration for any use, they have not been evaluated for safety or efficacy in humans, and they must not be administered to any person. If you are looking for a treatment for a medical condition, this site cannot help you — speak to a physician or a licensed pharmacy.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and suspend or close any account, at our discretion and without stating a reason.

No resale or redistribution

Materials are supplied for the purchaser's own research use. The purchaser will not resell, redistribute, gift, repackage, relabel or otherwise transfer any material to a third party, and will not incorporate any material into a preparation supplied to a third party.

Analytical documentation

Where a lot-linked certificate of analysis has been supplied to us, we publish it on the product page for the lot it covers. Where no certificate is published, none is held, and the material is supplied uncharacterised.

We make no representation as to the identity, purity, content or composition of any material for which no certificate is published. Any purchaser whose work depends on established identity or purity must arrange their own analysis before use.

No guidance on use

We do not supply, and cannot supply on request, any information on preparation for administration, dosage, dosing schedule, route of administration, or use in a living subject. Requests for such information will be declined.

Records

We retain purchaser records, order records and shipment records, and may produce them to a regulator on lawful request. By ordering, the purchaser consents to that retention and production.

Research use only

Every compound in this catalogue is supplied strictly as a laboratory reference material for in-vitro research and laboratory use.

Nothing here is for human or veterinary use. These materials are not drugs, not supplements, not food, and not cosmetics. They have not been approved by any regulator for use in people or animals.

We do not provide dosing, administration or medical guidance of any kind, and we cannot answer questions framed that way. If you have a health question, speak to a qualified professional.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring these materials for laboratory research use only.

Who can order

You must be at least 21 years old.

You are responsible for confirming that purchasing, importing and possessing these materials is lawful where you are. Rules differ by country, province and state, and we cannot advise you on yours.

You may not resell, redistribute or supply these materials for human or veterinary use, or represent them as suitable for it.

Orders and payment

All prices are in USD. Listed prices can change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.

We accept Interac e-Transfer, cryptocurrency, Alipay and Western Union. Every payment is confirmed by a person before an order proceeds, so there is a short gap between ordering and confirmation.

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we cannot confirm payment, where the shipping address looks wrong, or where we believe the order is not for research use. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Delivery

Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner. Allow 10–15 days from payment confirmation.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. You are the importer of record and responsible for any duties or taxes. See the shipping and returns policies for the detail.

Product information

Molecular data and handling notes are provided as reference information compiled from public chemical databases and the published literature. They describe the material; they are not instructions for use.

We hold no certificate of analysis, purity result or identity confirmation for the compounds we list, and we do not claim any. Treat the material as uncharacterised: if your work depends on confirmed identity or purity, arrange your own analysis before use.

Limits

We supply materials, not outcomes. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer protection legislation.
